Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days

  • Other governorates within Egypt: 2–5 business days

  • International orders (if available): 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

From time to time, Fans in Cans may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable offers will be clearly displayed on the website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to follow your shipment.

Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or high order volumes.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at:

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Fans in Cans is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
